10 Foods for a Anti Cancer Diet

Posted on May 24, 2015 by Maintenance in Body Health, Tasty Healthy Foods No Comments

The scorched earth approach of Chemotherapy causes severe distress on the immune system. The saying a “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” is advice well needed for today. There are 10 foods that when used in an anti cancer diet will drastically reduce your chances of getting cancer.

Our Bodies Are Naturally Designed to Fight Cancer

Many enzymes, proteins and genetic coding inside our immune system are primed to eradicate cancer cells. Everyone has cancer cells but not everyone gets cancer.  One huge factor that is in everyone’s control to greatly decrease the odds of getting cancer is to eat an alkaline diet.

Acidic VS Alkaline Biology

If our bodies become too acidic on the Ph scale though, the odds of getting cancer increase dramatically. As our bodies will be more prone to Acidosis, a condition which will break down cellular activities and functions. Our bodies will try to compensate for this high acidity by leaching minerals out of our bones and breaking down muscle to ammonia. Once this happens our internal biology starts to become anaerobic (non-oxygen carrying) instead of aerobic (oxygen carrying).

Studies have shown that a very acidic biology is more prone to illness, bacterial infections, parasitic infections, fungus, mold.  Those ailments can lead to uncontrolled cell growth (cancer).  This is in contrast to an alkaline biology, in which the bodies cells are functioning at optimal levels.  As such the body is more energetic, less prone to illness, has a strong immune system, normal cell growth and death, efficient removal of cellular waste and generally age much slower.
